Shopping in our shop is done in an electronic way.
In case of a special demand orders are also taken via telephone, e-mail, or even fax.

Anyone can purchase goods in our electronic shop, who has a valid registration. Buyers, at the time of the registration, accept the present company statutes as binding to themselves, and declare that they understand it. They are aware of the conditions of placing an order and implementation. They know the possibilities offered by and the limits of the Internet, especially taking technical performance and possible mistakes into consideration.

Melina Ltd. is on no basis liable for any damages occurring due to connection to Gobelin Shop. It is the sole responsibility of the partakers to evaluate how to protect data stored on their computers from possible intruders.

Registration forms filled in a faulty or deficient way are void. Melina Ltd. do not take any form of responsibility for possible faulty performance originating from this.

Melina Ltd. is not liable for loss of any data sent or received via the Internet, or any malfunction occurring in the Internet network, which may hinder efficiency. Melina Ltd. is not responsible for any deficiency emerging from the fault of the software, the program, or due to other technical problems.

Melina Ltd. may change prices of products or purchase conditions according to their all-time company statutes. Each change is effected at the time of online appearance on the sites of the shop. During the period of modifications the shop is closed for a short time.

We are ready to receive quantitative complaints of the buyers within 24 hours after the reception of the goods, and qualitative comments within 8 days.
If the consignment is delivered in a damaged or incomplete package, it should be recorded in the presence of the deliverer at the time of reception.
Seller replaces the product sold only if it is proved to have defect of fabrication. In this case incurring extra expenses are charged on the seller.

Buyer may cancel ordered goods via telephone or e-mail within 48 hours after the confirmation, without giving reasons and without consequences.
In case of cancellation beyond the above mentioned period all costs and damages are charged on the buyer.

In case of order with address within Hungary, Seller generally requires a purchase security, or advance payment equal to 20% of the individual price of the goods, on products exceeding 15000 HUF per single product, which amount is to be paid by the buyer within two working days using the cheque sent to the given address. Verified time-limit is put off by the number of days the cheque payment is delayed. These payments are subject to regulations on advance money.
